Recognising the need for a streamlined design-to-development process, I introduced a structured framework that provided clear guidance to developers and product owners.
Initially built using Sketch and Zeplin, we later transitioned to Figma to leverage its superior collaboration features. Tools like AnimaApp further enhanced our workflow, enabling faster and more accurate development handoffs.
The Design System is a living resource, continually evolving to accommodate emerging technologies and design trends. It encompasses visual styles, reusable UI components, and design patterns, ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms.
